Maricar Reyes-Poon (born Maricar Concepcion Pozon Reyes; June 20, 1981) is a Filipino actress, singer, songwriter, model and entrepreneur.

Early life

She graduated high school from St. Bridget's School in Quezon City.^{[citation needed]} She finished her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at the Ateneo de Manila University and studied Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.^[1] She passed the medical licensure exam in 2008.^[2]

Career

Before becoming an actress, Reyes appeared in numerous TV and print advertisements in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia.
