Jayant Rajaram Patil (born 16 February 1962) is an Indian politician from the state of Maharashtra.
He has been representing Islampur (Vidhan Sabha constituency) in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly for more than three decades.

Patil is the younger son of former Maharashtra cabinet minister and veteran Congress leader, Rajarambapu Patil.
